Address of the villa

As soon as you have paid the rental price in full, you will receive the voucher for the villa you have booked. The exact address of the villa is listed there.

Advantages of renting a private villa?

There are many reasons:

1. A private villa offers you, your family and friends a truly Balinese atmosphere, more space, more comfort, more informality, more privacy, and more personal service than the best hotel. The whole villa, the garden and swimming pool, and the house staff are there for your own use only, and you don't have to share anything with other tourists.

2. Renting a private villa through House Of Asia.com is great value. When calculated on a per bedroom or per person basis and considering all the "extras" you'd have to pay in a hotel, a private villa vacation is much cheaper than staying at one of Bali's better hotels or resorts.

3. Even more important, a villa vacation is like relaxing in your own private home in Bali. With lots of space and well-trained, friendly house staff caring for your every wish, you simply can't compare it to staying at a hotel. Having enjoyed a villa vacation once, you're unlikely to want to stay in a resort hotel ever again.

Bed and bath linen

Bed and bath linen are included in the rental price.
If there are pool and beach towels in the villa, please contact the manager and ask him if you can use these towels outside the villa.

Booking

Steps:

  1. When you have made your choice and want to make a booking or calculate the total price, choose your check in and check out data in the calendar for the villa concerned, choose the number of guests and click 'search'. This will then take you to step 2.
  2. Click on the green button
  3. Here you can add additional items and/or services to the booking. The total price will be calculated automatically after you make your selection. Click on ‘next’ to go to the step 4.
  4. Enter your personal details and click 'next'.
  5. Check all the details and when everything is correct, send the booking by clicking on ‘confirm booking. As soon as you have sent it, you will receive the reservation confirmation by e-mail automatically. Please note that from this moment on you have a free option of 7 x 24 hours.

Cancellation

If you must cancel your booking for circumstantial reasons, contact us at info@housesofasia.com.
If the agreement is cancelled you are obliged to pay any outstanding booking fees plus a cancellation fee.

  • For cancellation up to 42 days before the arrival date: 30% of the rental fee.
  • For cancellation between 42 days (inclusive) and 28 days before the arrival date: 60% of the rental fee.
  • For cancellation between 28 days (inclusive) before the date of arrival and the day of arrival: 90% of the rental fee.
  • For cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the full rental fee.
The cancellation fees stated here will not exceed the total rental costs. We strongly recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance.

 

Change the reservation

If you wish to change something about your booking, contact us at info@housesofasia.com.

Children

Besides a nanny, we can also arrange for your child special needs such as a baby bed, -chair, -walker, -car seat etc.
Please ask for details and prices.

Complaints

  1. Complaints during your stay must be submitted in writing or in another suitable form to Houses of Asia within 24 hours in order for Houses of Asia to take appropriate measures. When the complaint is not dealt with satisfactorily, the person renting the accommodation must submit the complaint in writing to Houses of Asia within 4 weeks after having returned home, specifying all relevant data.
  2. When the person renting the accommodation does not keep to the terms as specified in Section 1 of this Article, he or she will forfeit the right to compensation insofar such right to compensation exists.

Cook

You can order a cook to come to your villa to prepare your breakfast, lunch and/or dinner, starting from 1 day upto your total stay.

Long term stay

For almost every villa is we can make long term stay deals.
The general rule is that most owners will give a 30% discount if you stay is more than 30 days but it is always negotiable.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are planning a long term stay.

Nanny

Number of persons

Our villas are suitable for the maximum number of people stated in the description of each villa. This number does not includes babies up to 2 years.
It is not permitted to stay in the villa with more than the maximum number of people stated in the description.

 
 
Nyepi (Silent) Day

Please be informed that Bali celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on below dates.
The Nyepi (Silent) Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island. No outdoor activities are allowed.

Payment

The rental price must be paid in advance.

You pay a (minimum) of 30% of the total rental price within seven days after making your booking. The rest of the rental price must be paid six weeks before departure. If you pay in two instalments, then you will receive a reminder via e-mail one week before the second payment is due. If you are departing within six weeks, the payment must be made in one instalment. For a departure within fourteen days, the payment must be made in one instalment.

If you have passed the payment deadline, contact the customer service center. If your payment is not received, then Houses of Asia has the right to unilaterally cancel your booking. In that case, you owe the cancellation costs. If Houses of Asia unilaterally cancels your booking, you will receive a report of this via e-mail or telephone.

Premium, Deluxe or Standard Villa?

We have devided our villas into three categories, Premium, Deluxe and Standard.
These categroies are based on the price per person in the peak season.

The price of Standaard villa lies between € 15,- en € 50,- per person
The price of a Deluxe villa lies between € 50,- en € 100,- person
The price of a Premium villa starts from € 100,- and up

Privacy Statement

1. Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small files, which contain information about the language preference of the website visitors. The cookie is stored in your computer, and not on this site. When you don’t want to receive cookies or you want to be informed when cookies are placed on your computer, you can adjust the settings this in your browser, if your browser provides this option.

2. When you use the website to send Houses of Asia a message to ask questions (info@housesofasia.com), Houses of Asia will only use your data to answer your question. Once it has been answered, your data will be deleted.

3. When you make a reservation using the website, Houses of Asia will ask for the name, date of birth, gender, address, postcode, city, telephone numbers, and e-mail address. Houses of Asia uses this personal data for settling the booked villa. In addition, Houses of Asia will use the data of people who have booked a villa with Houses of Asia before to send them a brochure and/or a message at the start of a new bookings season. Houses of Asia will never share your data with third parties, for example for commercial and/or other purposes.

4. Houses of Asia will track which hosts visit the site. Houses of Asia will analyse this data for statistical information and delete it afterwards. Houses of Asia will use the obtained information to improve the site and to inform advertisers and potential advertisers in order to assess the usefulness of the site for their advertising campaigns.

5. The Chaletsplus website contains a number of links to other websites. Chaletsplus is not responsible for the content of these sites or for the privacy policy of the companies or organisations concerned.

Rates

  • All rates are inclusive tax and service charge and in € per villa per night.
  • Rates do not include breakfast unless otherwise stated.
  • Minimum stay is 4 nights.
  • For long term stay, special prices apply. Please do not hesistate to inform us about the possibilities.

Renting a villa expensive?

The prices of villas are presented at the page of the villa.
To gain insight into the actual price level, we always advise to divide the total amount by the number of people that will be travelling with you.

When you consider the fact that you have your own living room, a fully furnished kitchen, multiple bedrooms, much living space and privacy, you will realise that a chalet holiday is not expensive at all!

You can rent a villa that sleeps 8 from less than € 12 per person, per night!

Transfers

Houses of Asia can arrange your transfer between the airport and your rental villa. You can choose for this service by clicking 'yes' in the price sheet and by giving us your flight details.

V.I.P. Airport Service

V.I.P. Airport Service is a special service provided for every visitor who wish to have an exclusive service during arrival or departure at Bali’s International Airport, I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport. It will save you time from cue, loose direction or waiting the documents/passport being processed.
Upon the arrival gate of the airport your name will be paged by our team, and they  will lead you directly to the place where you can find your luggage, you don’t have to stand in queue or wait for the immigration stamp passport or visa purchase, we arrange everything.
Once you find you luggage  our staff will bring your passport and visa back to you and help you carry your luggage  to the exit door where you can meet your driver. If this is your first visit you don’t have  to  worry because we always stand beside you until  you leave the airport. If you have visited Bali before  you will experience how fast we can organize everything upon your arrival.

We will pick you up at the drop zone and our staff will lead you to the check in counter  and help you to get your luggage organised. You will be escorted to the check in, and we will be paying for your airport tax. After this we invite you to our  VIP lounge which is equipped with free wifi, fax machine and comfortable fully air conditioned sofa lounge seats. You will get one free beverage and snack.
